NEW EVO Series HIX® Heat Transfer Machines
The NEW HIX® EVO Series Heat Transfer Machines now include a new FULL COLOR LCD touchscreen controller that offers the users more control and setting options, a full metal enclosure, and improved molded lower platen pad for improved performance for multiple applications. And as it always has been, HIX presses are 100% designed and manufactured in the USA. Ranging from the EVO TOUCH Series (manual) to the EVO PRO Series (semi-auto & air-automatic) which offer a platen size 15" x 15" to 20" x 25" all the way to the Large Format 44" x 64". These new presses are sure to meet the needs of any shop large or small.
The S-650 is a semi-automatic, auto-open clamshell heat press (shown on the right) is built to be rugged, durable, and made to perform just as it has for over 40 years. It comes with a floating lower platen, easy-to-use auto-open feature, and spring assist with 20% more pressure over straight handle designs. The EVO TOUCH HT-Series (manual) and the EVO PRO S-Series (semi-auto) machines also includes a shirt splitter stand. This unique cantilever design allows the operator to easily open "split" a shirt onto the press to eliminate the need for stuffing or protecting the back side of the shirt when only one side is needing to be printed. This speeds up production and cuts down on accidental bleed through from the front to the back of the shirt because the back of the shirt is kept completely away from the heat. Match this with a Deluxe Pad Protector to increase the longevity of the lower pad and create a smooth surface for the shirt to easily slide on and off the lower platen.
